What's the difference between the two options?
Both give you the exact same website. The difference is who manages the hosting. With the £600 option we handle everything technical — hosting plans start from £35/month. With the £800 option you get the full website handed over and you arrange your own hosting — typically around £10 a year from providers like Netlify or Cloudflare.
Can I cancel the hosting package?
Yes, at any time. You keep the website — all the files are yours. You'd just need to arrange your own hosting if you cancel.
Do I need to provide content?
Yes — we'll need your text, photos, logo, and any other details about your business. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed once we get started.
How long does it take?
Most websites are completed within 2–3 weeks once we have all your content. We'll agree a timeline with you at the start.
Can I make changes after the site is built?
With the managed hosting package, minor text updates are included. For larger changes, we'll quote separately. If you're self-hosting, the files are yours to edit as you wish.
Why does the domain price vary?
Domain prices differ depending on the extension (.co.uk, .com, .org etc.) and availability. A .co.uk typically costs £10–£15/year while a .com can be more. Some domains are classed as premium and can be significantly higher. We'll always check and confirm the exact cost with you before anything is agreed.
Is the annual plan better value?
Yes — paying annually saves you 10% compared to monthly. For hosting only that's £378/year (equivalent to £31.50/month). For hosting plus domain management it's from £408/year (equivalent to £34/month), saving you around £84 a year.
